Hi, I'm
Noel Pascual
13 years building on WordPress and the web. I work across the full stack, from custom plugin development and theme architecture to performance tuning, security hardening, and third-party integrations. Clean code, practical solutions, and work that actually ships.
Developer. Dad.
Always learning.
13 years building on the web, self-taught from the ground up. Still just as into it.
Born in Davao, studied and graduated in Ilocos, then made Metro Manila home right after. That was 13 years ago. These days I'm a work-from-home dad, a setup that became permanent during the pandemic in 2021. Wouldn't trade it for anything.
Started building websites by experimenting, breaking things, and figuring out the why. Over the years I've worked across Magento, Joomla, PrestaShop, and Drupal before WordPress became the platform I committed to. It's been the core of my work ever since.
My career has taken me through a startup, mid-sized companies, and web agencies. I spent a stretch freelancing, handling white-label projects for local clients and small agencies in Australia and the US.
Currently collaborating with a large offshore organization, working across marketing, IT, and security teams on web infrastructure, digital builds, and cross-functional projects. Still open to part-time, full-time, and project-based work.
When clients need something more custom, I take on Laravel projects, typically for medium to large-scale business requirements.
Comfortable owning parallel workloads without dropping quality.
Practical, hands-on experience responding to live security threats.
Experienced working with and alongside third-party web agencies.
Uses AI tooling as a productivity multiplier while keeping full code ownership.
Self-directed, async-capable, and experienced delivering results independently.
Selected Works.

Confidential and white-label work is excluded or anonymised by client agreement.
What you're actually getting.
Years of white-label work for agencies, handling WordPress projects of all sizes, from complex custom plugins to full site builds. I operate behind the scenes and keep it that way. Taking a client from a partner isn't something I'd do. Not because of a clause, but because I understand how trust works in this industry. My commitment to an employer is genuine, and it holds for as long as the arrangement is right for both sides.
My standard window is 9am to 6pm EST, Monday through Friday. Weekends are protected time. For genuinely critical situations, I'm willing to flex, but that's the exception, not the baseline. Predictable hours mean predictable delivery.
- Design to code: Figma or PSD to production-ready pages
- cPanel, WP Engine, and any hosting admin
- Custom plugin development
- Security audits, malware scanning, and site cleanup
- Page speed and performance optimization
WordPress has been my niche for over a decade. I know it past the surface level: the architecture, the quirks, the things that break at scale. I've shipped across agencies, startups, and white-label setups. You're not getting someone figuring it out as they go. You're getting someone who's seen most of it before, knows what to watch for, and takes ownership of what they ship.
Technology keeps moving and so do I. If a project reaches beyond my current stack and it's web-related, I'll learn it. Beyond the technical side, I understand that most employers today need an executor: someone who takes a brief, makes sound decisions, and gets it done without hand-holding. That's the mode I work in.
Need someone who can handle a client call or walk a non-technical person through a web issue? I'm comfortable doing that. I can explain things clearly without the dev jargon, keep clients calm when something breaks, and translate what needs to happen technically into something they actually understand.
Beyond agency and freelance work, I'm genuinely open to joining a company full-time. If you're looking for a reliable in-house developer who can own the web side of things, collaborate across teams, and grow with the organization, let's have a conversation.
